Very good bed. Good mattresses.
The spa area i too small for such a large hotel. 6 hooks for towels or bathrobes in the spa area. You don't know where to put your things because the sauna is completely overcrowded. So you stand in front of it and wait. 10 sunbeds around the pool, which are of course all occupied. The pool is a paddling pool for children. Loud conversations take place in the sauna. One cannot speak of rest or relaxation here.

The breakfast was fresh and the parking was nearby. Suite was top-class, the beds were very clean. The property was in the centre of the city. There was a terrific restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Soft bed and unbeatable location to harbor. Based just off the centre of Tallinn, and the sea and the city. Early check-in and nice customer service. Downstairs bar and heated pool.

The wellness area was very small and unfortunately, it was very unpleasant to have the guests without towel but with wet bathing clothes right after the pool visit sitting on the benchs beside them. There were sufficient towels available.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Friendly and helpful reception staff in a well equipped luxury hotel. The view of Tallinn from the bar on the 30th floor is outstanding.

The indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi really helped me relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast could have offered more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend 😊

Our room was on the 13th floor and the view was fantastic. The room was equipped with everything a traveller needs. As we were a romantic couple, we enjoyed having a half-transparent wall between the bedroom and the bathroom :) And the espresso-making machine was great. I also enjoyed the spa centre, with a big swimming pool and great massage. We also loved the Cafe with very friendly service and the bar on the 30th floor, with the great view. I would say the hotel is really one of the best in Europe. Service was great, design was great, cleanliness was great, sleep was great. Everything exceeded expectations.
The only thing we were rather ambivalent about was that some couples staying in the hotel took their little children everywhere - even to the bar! My idea of perfect rest in the spa centre does not include loud children, juming into the swimming pool from the edge of the pool, while their mother is somewhere in the sauna. I understand that many couples come to the hotel with kids and it is ok as far as they do not take the kids to the bar and to the spa. Or, taking them there, they take responsibility and watch what the children are doing, not leaving them alone and letting them splash other people with water or dive into the swimming pool.
